• EPC Register (energy and property data)
• Postcodes.io (postcode lookups)

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is up to date, complete, or error-free.
You acknowledge that insights generated are informational only and should not be relied upon for property purchase, investment, or other decisions without independent verification.
